As the pioneering UX designer at Texans Credit Union, I embarked on a transformative journey, collaborating closely with an engineer to revamp the online application workflow for credit cards. Our mission was to enhance user experience and streamline the application process to better serve our valued customers.

After four months of the new platform being live, I was delighted to witness the tangible results of our efforts, with the pull-through rate of auto loan applications experiencing a remarkable 5% increase. This achievement underscored the power of a well-crafted user-centric design, reinforcing the positive impact it can have on optimizing financial services and ultimately benefiting both the institution and its valued members at Texans Credit Union.
